You can text "billing" or "help" to your NumberBloc number to receive information about your account and subscription.
2. Can I call out with my NumberBloc?
Yes, you send the number to your NumberBloc, and you will get a call from your own number. Once you answer, you can activate the call by saying anything so we can confirm you are human, and we will process the call to connect you to the number you originally called.
3. Will people be able to hear my voicemail?
No, we have ensured that calls are separated and have premium answering machine detection enabled to protect your privacy. While no system is perfect, we have safeguards in place to ensure your voicemail is never reached.
4. When I receive a call, what will I see on my mobile phone?
You will see "Incoming NumberBloc" along with the number that is calling you. To answer, pick up the call and say anything to voice-activate it; we will then connect you to the inbound caller.
5. Do you support international phone numbers?
No, we only support U.S.-based mobile phone numbers.
6. What is your refund policy?
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any fees paid, including partial subscription periods.
7. Can I block unwanted contacts?
Yes, you have the ability to block unwanted calls and texts, helping you maintain a peaceful communication environment.
8. What are my rights regarding my personal information?
You have the right to access, correct inaccuracies, and opt-out of promotional messages regarding your personal information.
9. How will I be notified of changes to the Privacy Policy?
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. We encourage you to review it periodically.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Users may initiate cancellation of their subscription at any time through the application. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to their designated phone number until then. Please note that all subscription fees are non-refundable, and the phone number will be released after the billing cycle ends.
11. Can I reactivate my subscription?
No, reactivation is not supported. You will need to purchase a new number by visiting numberbloc.com.
12. Can I send images via SMS?
No, we do not allow sending images in SMS. Our services are limited to text messages only.
