1. Definitions

b. "Customer" refers to any legal entity or individual purchasing 10 DLC phone numbers from the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or purchasing 10 DLC phone numbers from the Company, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility
The Customer must be of legal age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement to use the Company's services.

4. Number Allocation and Usage
a. The Company reserves the right to allocate 10 DLC phone numbers to Customers based on availability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
b. The Customer agrees to use allocated phone numbers solely in compliance with all applicable laws, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, industry guidelines, and standards.

5. Compliance with Regulations

b. The Customer shall not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activities using the allocated phone numbers.

6. Payment and Fees
a. The Customer shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the acquisition and usage of the 10 DLC phone numbers.
b. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Company's specified terms and conditions.

7. Refunds and Returns
a. Refunds shall be issued in accordance with the Company's refund policy, if applicable.
b. Phone numbers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stipulated by the Company's policies.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

b. The Customer may terminate the use of allocated phone numbers by adhering to the Company's termination process.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the allocated 10 DLC phone numbers.

12. Amendments

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
